Where are you from? How long have you lived in the Valley?
That one's always a hard question for me to answer. Being a child of an Air Force officer, I moved around a lot throughout my childhood, mainly in the western United States (except in High School when we lived in Bangkok, Thailand). I would say that Oregon is home to me since that is where my parents and extended family are from originally. After HS, I lived in Oregon and California until moving to Arizona more than 14 years ago. I started working at Millennium as soon as I moved to Valley (the longest I have ever lived anywhere) and been here continously ever since.
What services do you specialize in?

I love giving a customized massage. It allows me to combine all the modalities that I know and create a specified massage for the guest on the table. My goal is to induce a state of total relaxation, yet energized and balanced, and achieve effective muscular change in their body, that continues even after leaving my table.
Tell us something few people know about you.
In High School, I attended the International School of Bangkok. This is where I was first exposed to massage. I was blessed to travel a lot while over seas, starting a passion for travel I still possess. Also...I'm a Doula and have aided in the labor and delivery of many babies coming into this world.
What would you do if you weren’t a massage therapist?
I would be an instructor in music or dance. Both of which I have been involved with since a very young age and still am. Perhaps I would be a midwife.
What’s your secret talent?
I was classically trained on the piano and vocally. I was a music major in college. And...I have ALWAYS loved to dance all styles.
What’s the best advice you can give someone on your table?
The things that we can do that best aid our body in Health and Wellness are stretching and water intake. I would implore everyone to do a light stretching routine just before they are laying down to bed each night to help open the muscles and invite in the healing and rejuvenation. As well as water, water, water.. our bodies need water to function and aid in circulation and joint health. Lastly...regular massage! ;-p
