Your appointments are very important to the Millennium Team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. 

Please notify us more than 48 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:

• Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
• Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.
• No shows with no advanced notice will result in a full charge for the reserved services. 
• A credit card is required when booking any appointments with a duration longer than 30 minutes.
